5/17/2017 7:24:42 AM

A new residential development is being planned for a vacant lot in the city's downtown core.

A site plan control meeting is being held on Thursday, May 25th on the proposed build of a 6-storey residential apartment building on the vacant land at the intersection of Talbot Street and Ross Street. The apartment building would be located in the southern half of the lot and have around 100 units along with common facilities. There is also the potential for a second commercial building to be built along Talbot Street (north end of the lot) as a second phase.

The meeting will take place at City Hall at 11 a.m. in Committee Room 204.
